How to start using SKAi2 Partners? 

To start you must download the SKAi2 Partners app from the App Store or Google Play Store and install it on the device. Then launch the app and go through the registration process. After successful registration, you can start using SKAi2 Partners.

What information is required to complete the registration process?

The following data is required:

  • Personal Data: Name, Surname, Phone No.

  • Company Data: Company email (this will be your login in the application), Full company name, Tax VAT number, Address (Full Street Address, Zip code, City, Country)

I’ve forgotten my password

You can reset your password by going to Login → Forgot your password, enter your email address and click Reset Password.

How do I close my SKAi2 Partners account?

You can close your account by going to Menu → Your profile, use the delete profile button and confirm the operation by the slider button.


How do I pay my subscription fee?

The subscription fee will be automatically deducted from your account monthly based on the payment method you selected during registration.

How can I cancel my SKAi2 Partners subscription?

Which payment methods for my subscription are available?

Our payment methods are powered by Stripe. We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and China UnionPay payments from customers worldwide.

How can I check my subscription details?

You can view your subscription by going to Menu → Account → Subscription.


What payment methods are supported?


SKAi2 Partners support two payment methods:

  • payment via Mona99
  • payment via BlockTrade

How can I connect a printer in the terminal?

Make sure that Bluetooth is turned on.
You can do it in two ways:

  • After the successful payment by following the pop-up messages (your receipt will be printed after successful connection)
  • By going to Menu → Printer, use the allow access option and connect a printer (after a successful connection you can print a test receipt)

How can I check if my printer works?

You can view the printer connection details by going to Menu → Printer and use the test print option to print a test receipt.
